The structure of the library: six reading rooms (main reading room; scientific reading room; electronic reading room; reading room "100 new textbooks" ; reading room in the dormitory; branch reading room) and one subscription.
As part of the implementation of the state program of Elbasy N. A. Nazarbayev "rukhani zhangyru" project " New humanitarian knowledge. 100 new textbooks "one of the first among the universities of the southern region in July 2018, the reading room"100 Zhana okulyk" was opened.
The advantages of this project are that the University students have been created conditions for full-fledged education in social Sciences and Humanities in the state language, which correspond to advanced modern standards.
Main reading room
When ordering literature in the reading room, readers present a student card, and upon receipt of the necessary publications sign on the book form of each publication. The number of books, other printed works and other materials issued in the reading rooms is not limited. It is forbidden to take out literature from reading rooms.
Diverse in content book Fund reading rooms of the library is universal. Educational, scientific, artistic, reference literature is presented in the reading rooms.
Scientific reading room
The scientific reading room is opened for the purpose of information service of research work of faculty and students.
The Fund of scientific literature includes: monographs, encyclopedias, dictionaries, reference books, normative legal acts, periodicals, journals and collections of scientific works, international conferences.
The scientific reading room provides library and bibliographic and information services to readers: organizes thematic book exhibitions of new arrivals, prepares lists of literature on current topics at the request of readers.
Electronic reading room
In the electronic reading room for teachers and students there is access to educational electronic textbooks, electronic catalog "KABIS", databases and Internet/Intranet resources, free and unlimited access to Internet resources with WI-FI service area.
The library provides users with access to electronic information resources of local access generated by the library and remote access using the Internet.
The user has the right to use the possibilities of the electronic library only to search for information and for independent work necessary for the educational process and scientific research.

The digital library "Aknurpress" has-1017 titles of textbooks and manuals in all branches of knowledge, in Kazakh, Russian and English, which can be used by teachers and students of the University for educational purposes. Access to the digital library "Aknurpress" is provided for 3 years, during which the database will be constantly updated with new textbooks and manuals.
Season ticket
The book Fund of the subscription is universal in content. On the subscription readers can get at home educational literature in all branches of knowledge.
Not subject to issuance on house the latest and the only copy books.
For the first entry to the library, students must present a student card or a record book with a stamp of the current year, teachers and staff identity card and 1 (one) photo size 3x4 cm.
The librarian fills out the reader's form and the reader's registration card.
